Corrosion-resistant pumps are specified where the liquid, not the solids, is the problem — plating and rinse water, laboratory and chemical drains, coastal and chloride-laden water, dosing skids and bunded areas. A painted cast-iron pump can fail in a single season on these duties.
Eleven series cover 105 published models from 0.15kW to 11kW. The resin-bodied PN, PNA, PNI, PU, PUA, PUW, TM and TMA ranges suit mildly acidic and aggressive water; PSF, PSFA and PSFW add filtered or wide-passage wet ends for process water with carry-over; and SFQ is a fully stainless build for chemical, food and pharmaceutical service. Automatic variants are available where sumps run unattended.
