Service & repair.
Service, repair, rewind and refurbishment for the full Tsurumi range — carried out with 100% OEM approved parts and backed by the official OEM for Africa.
Product support that keeps pumps in service.
A pump is only as good as the support behind it. Our after-sales team covers the full lifecycle of a Tsurumi unit — routine service, fault repair, motor rewinds and complete refurbishment — so the asset you bought keeps earning instead of standing still.

OEM approved parts. No exceptions.
Every repair, rewind and refurbishment we quote is built on genuine Tsurumi components. It is the difference between a pump that is fixed and a pump that is back to specification.
Warranty stays intact
Genuine parts fitted by the official OEM for Africa keep your pump inside the factory warranty framework.
Performance stays true
Impellers, seals and wear parts made to Tsurumi tolerances hold the published duty point instead of drifting off curve.
Lifespan protected
Pattern parts fail early and take other components with them. OEM components protect the whole pump, not just the part you replaced.
Rewinds from 380V up to 1000V.
Submersible motors work hard in the worst conditions on site. When a winding fails, the unit is rewound to the original factory data, tested and returned — not replaced with a compromise.
- Stator rewind to original winding data
- Insulation resistance and surge testing
- Bearing and shaft inspection
- Mechanical seal and O-ring replacement
- Cable entry and gland integrity
- Full run test before dispatch
Four steps from breakdown to back on duty.

In-house today, expanding tomorrow.
Basic repairs are currently carried out in-house at our own facility. Major repairs and motor rewinds are handled through approved external partners, under our supervision and always with 100% OEM approved parts. We are building the capacity to bring major repairs and rewinds fully in-house in the future.
Service & repair FAQs
- Do you repair Tsurumi pumps in South Africa?
- Yes. As the official Tsurumi representative for Africa we service, repair, rewind and refurbish Tsurumi submersible dewatering, slurry, sewage and wastewater pumps. Basic repairs are done in-house and major repairs and rewinds run through approved partners under our supervision.
- Do you use genuine OEM parts?
- Every job is completed with 100% OEM approved Tsurumi parts. That keeps the pump inside the factory warranty framework and holds the published duty point instead of drifting off curve, which is what happens with pattern parts.
- What voltages can you rewind?
- We handle motor rewinds for low- and medium-voltage submersible pumps from 380V up to 1000V, including stator rewind to original winding data, insulation resistance and surge testing, and a full run test before dispatch.
- How do I book a repair?
- Send us the pump model, serial number and a short description of the fault. We open a job card, arrange collection or delivery, strip and inspect the pump, and send you a condition report with photographs and a firm quotation before any work starts.
- Do I get a quote before work starts?
- Always. Nothing is repaired or rewound until you have approved the written quotation that follows the strip-and-assess report.
- Can you supply spare parts only?
- Yes. We supply OEM spare parts such as impellers, mechanical seals, bearings, O-rings and cable sets for Tsurumi pumps, whether or not the repair is carried out by us.
