The Tsurumi CZ Series is a heavy-duty submersible smashing cutter pump designed for reliable handling of sewage, wastewater, solid waste and fibrous materials.
The CZ Series incorporates Tsurumi's innovative anti-clogging smashing mechanism, combining a heart-shaped stationary suction blade with sharp-edged rotating blades to crush and shred incoming solids and fibrous materials. An extended rotating guide helps prevent waste from accumulating at the centre of the impeller, reducing clogging and supporting smooth, reliable wastewater transfer.
The CZ Series was subsequently renamed by Tsurumi as the BN Series. The current BN Series continues this smashing cutter technology and represents Tsurumi's current designation for the range.
